Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiling beef
    2 Tbsp. red chili powder
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    6 coriander seed
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    cooking oil
    1 c. beef broth
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. comino
Preparation
    Boil the meat.
    When done, cut into cubes no larger than 1/2-inch.
    Saute the onions until they are soft.
    In the hot oil, brown the boiled beef.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes with pan covered.
    Remove any fats prior to serving.
