Red Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie shell
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can red salmon
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine salmon, pepper, onion, flour and cheese; mix.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs and milk.
    Put salmon mixture in unbaked pie shell.
    Pour egg and milk over the salmon mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until you can insert knife and it comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
