Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, broken into flowerets
    1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    2 thinly sliced carrots
    1 can black olives, sliced
    1/2 cucumber (peel on), thinly sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    grape tomatoes (enough for color)
    1 can or more button mushrooms, drained (left whole)
Preparation
    Stir in 2 to 4 packages Italian dressing mix, made to directions (amount depends on the amount of vegetables you have). Sprinkle with 1/2 cup or more of Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate 4 hours or more before serving.
