Easy White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add shortening and 1 cup milk.
    Gradually turn to speed 6 and beat 1 minute.
    Scrape bowl.
    Add whites, 1/2 cup milk and white vanilla.
    Beat 1 minute or until smooth.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
