French Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large slices bread
    4 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. cheese, grated
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Butter bread slices & cut into small squares.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread in a baking dish.
    Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper & mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Bake until custard is set.
    Serves 6.
