Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 lb bulk sausage
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t onion powder
    2 T Worcestershire Sauce
    1-8oz bottle red Russian dressing
    1-8oz bottle Italian dressing
    1 small jar apricot or peach preserves
    2 t balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar
    1 small can pineapple chunks, drained (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except dressings, preserves, and vinegar in large bowl.
    Mix thoroughly; if mixture seems a little dry, add a few tablespoons of water.
    Shape into walnut -sized balls.
    Place meatballs on ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes in 350 degrees oven or until meat juices are clear.
    Drain meatballs on paper towels (meatballs may be frozen or refrigerated at this point).
