Quick Dutch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix like cake; sprinkle generously with brown sugar.
    Dot with butter and cinnamon.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Bake in 1 layer cake pan.
