Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices soft bread, cubed
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in greased 1-quart casserole.
    Combine eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and milk; beat well.
    Pour over bread crumbs.
    Set casserole in baking pan with 1 inch hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 4.
