Zucchini-Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cooked zucchini
    1 small can mushroom slices, drained
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat with onion.
    Cook or steam sliced zucchini until tender.
    Arrange in layers in 2-quart casserole dish as follows:
    rice, zucchini, ground meat and onion, mushrooms, stewed tomatoes and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes, enough to melt cheese.
