10 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 (16 oz.) can frozen English peas
1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning mix
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 small jar bacon bits
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cut up lettuce and spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Chop cauliflower and spread over lettuce.
Chop bell pepper and spread over cauliflower.
Chop onion and spread over bell pepper.
Spread frozen English pas over bell pepper.
(Do not thaw English peas.) Spread mayonnaise over English peas.
Sprinkle dry Italian seasoning mix over mayonnaise.
Sprinkle sugar over seasoning mix. Spread cheese over seasoning mix.
Spread bacon bits over top of cheese.
It is best to make the night before.
Keep refrigerated.
