Quick Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can Van Camps Spanish rice
    5 medium green peppers
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut top off green peppers; clean out insides.
    Combine remaining ingredients and fill peppers with mixture.
    Put into casserole and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until peppers are tender.
