Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced cucumbers
1 green pepper or jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Boil salt, vinegar, sugar, oil and celery seed.
Pour boiling liquid over vegetables.
Refrigerate, stirring occasionally. Serve well chilled.
