Chicken In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    8 carrots
    1 jar small white onions, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
    Brown chicken on all sides in butter in a large heavy skillet.
    Place precooked carrots and onions over chicken.
    Mix soup, celery, sour cream and poultry seasoning.
    Pour over chicken and vegetables.
    Heat to boiling; cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Top with parsley.
