Meat Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. tomato juice
    bay leaf
    flour
    oil
    1 garlic clove
    1 can biscuits
Preparation
    Dust cubes with seasoned flour.
    Brown in oil with onion.
    Add tomato juice, garlic and bay leaf.
    Bake, covered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Add more juice, if needed.
    Lay canned biscuits on top and cook until browned.
