Peanut Butter Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    12 oz. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 large containers Cool Whip
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    peanut butter chips, Heath bars or chocolate chips
Preparation
    Crumb Mixture:
    Melt margarine on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0. Watch.
    Add flour, brown sugar and nuts.
    Mix.
    Bake 5 minutes. Take out and crumble.
    Put back in oven and bake 7 minutes (not too brown).
    Crumble mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (save some of mixture to put on top).
