Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Then stir in wet ingredients just until moistened.
Fry in oil on a hot griddle until golden brown.
Turn when bubbles appear and the edges are firm.
Top with your favorite fruit sauce.
