Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. Bran Flakes
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease or paper line twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.
    In a medium bowl combine eggs, milk, oil and cereal. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add cereal mixtures to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Divide evenly among muffin cups.
    Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
