Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 lb. round steak
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except steak in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Pound round steak to break connective tissue.
    Cut into serving size portions.
    Place pieces in large roasting pan.
    Pour hot sauce over meat and bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
