Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped with juice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 jalapenos, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 corn tortillas, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large
    pot,
    saute
    onion in oil, then add rest of the ingredients,
    except
    tortillas
    and
    cheese.
    Bring
    to a boil; lower heat
    and simmer 1 hour.
    Remove from heat and add tortillas and cheese.
    Serve in 5 minutes.
