Holiday Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
4 or 5 medium yams, cooked, peeled and sliced
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch; blend well.
Stir in orange juice and salt; simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Place yams in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
