Double Boiler Frosting(7 Minute) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large egg whites (1/3 c.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar and water in the top of double boiler.
Place over boiling water and beat with rotary beater until mixture holds its shape.
Fold in vanilla. Beat until cool, then spread.
