1 chicken, whole
1 onion, chopped
4 oz. (1 can) green chilies
8 oz. (1 tub) sour cream
20 oz. (2 cans) soup, cream of chicken
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
10 (1 pkg.) tortillas (8 inch)
10 oz. (1 can) soup, Mexican cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Debone and chop chicken into bite-size pieces.
