Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh basil leaves
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. pine nuts or 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. grated Locatelli cheese or Romano cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender for a few minutes.
Can be stored in jar in refrigerator.
Cover with oil.
Makes enough sauce for about 2 pounds pasta.
