German Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar sauerkraut
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. instant mashed potatoes
    caraway seed
    1 lb. country-style ribs (pork)
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut with applesauce.
    Place in bottom of casserole dish.
    Sprinkle the instant mashed potatoes on top of that. Sprinkle top with caraway seed.
    Place ribs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
