Casey And Rebecca Brown'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. pimentos, finely cut
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. milk
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, onion, pimentos and cheese in a greased baking dish.
    Season each layer with salt and pepper.
    Blend soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for two hours.
