Fresh Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine corn, margarine, sugar and salt.
In a cup, blend flour and milk to form a thin paste.
Pour into corn. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes after getting hot.
Stir often to prevent sticking.
