Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken, cooked and pulled off bone
    2 pkg. broccoli spears, thawed and drained
    Velveeta cheese (brand is important)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
    1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Place broccoli spears in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Place chicken pieces over broccoli.
    Place 1/8-inch slices of cheese over entire pan.
