Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil for 7 minutes, beating and stirring constantly or until required stiffness results.
    Now add the 1 teaspoon vanilla and ice cake immediately.
    Makes enough to frost 2 layers.
