Lobster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up lobster
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Cook lobster (may use microwave).
    Break cooked lobster into bite-size pieces.
    Combine beaten egg, milk and melted butter; pour over soft bread crumbs.
    Add lemon juice, onion, mustard and salt, mixing well.
    Fold in lobster; spoon into buttered 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 until top is well browned, about 20 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
