Grandma Silvestris Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 onion, minced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs (Redi-flavored)
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (clean hands work best).
    Roll and fry in oil of your choice (I usually use vegetable or olive oil).
    Add a chopped clove of garlic to oil for extra flavor.
    Drain on paper towels and add to your favorite sauce or eat 'em as is.
