Tuna Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk or light cream
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives (optional)
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    6 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook onion in small amount of hot fat until tender, but not brown.
    Add soup, milk and cheese; heat and stir.
    Break tuna in chunks; add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
