Diabetic Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. mashed banana
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. fructose sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Beat ingredients together with a spoon.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
