Wild Rice Overnight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. wild rice, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 cans mushrooms, drained
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Bring 2 cups chicken broth and salt to a boil; add 1 cup wild rice.
    Cover.
    Turn on low heat 40 minutes.
    Turn off heat and let stand overnight.
    Do not peek.
    Next morning, add butter, mushrooms and onions.
    Mix.
    Cover.
    Bake in casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
