Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Combine sugar, water, cornstarch, lemon juice and blueberries in saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Simmer 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
Very good.
