Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can green peas, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    32 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 oz. jar chopped pimentos
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix green peas, water chestnuts, onion, pimentos and mushroom soup.
    Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Then top with cheese.
    Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs and put on top.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
