Brisket(Barbecued) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket (medium)
    liquid smoke
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Coat brisket with liquid smoke.
    Let sit for 30 minutes.
    Add barbecue sauce.
    Cook at 275\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, tightly covered.
    Uncover for the last 30 minutes.
    Pour off fat.
    Add additional sauce.
