Festive Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head iceberg lettuce
1/2 medium cantaloupe
2 large nectarines, sliced
2 c. chunked fresh pineapple
1 basket fresh strawberries
1 large bunch green grapes
Honey Yogurt Dressing (see Dressings)
Preparation

Core, rinse and thoroughly drain lettuce.
Refrigerate in plastic bag or crisper.
Cut cantaloupe and remove seeds and rind. Cut cantaloupe in chunks.
Remove outer leaves from lettuce and line large basket or platter.
Cut remaining lettuce into chunks and arrange with fruit.
Serve with Honey Yogurt Dressing.
