Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/4 c. solid shortening
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening thoroughly.
    Add remaining dry ingredients and mix.
    Add water and knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.
    Divide dough into 18 balls.
    Roll each ball into a circle.
    Cook on each side until they have golden brown spots.
