Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. powdered sugar
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Line small muffin pan with 1 1/4 x 1-inch paper cups.
    In medium bowl, blend peanut butter and syrup.
    Add sugar slowly, turn onto a smooth board and knead until smooth.
    Press to 1/2 inch thickness.
    With a 1 inch round cookie cutter, cut out circles.
    Melt chocolate.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon chocolate into paper cup.
    Place a peanut butter round on top; press gently.
    Top with 1 teaspoon more chocolate.
    Chill until firm.
    Store in refrigerator.
