Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn bread mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. longhorn cheese, grated
1 c. chopped onions
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation

You can add a little vinegar from the peppers.
Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
