Strawberry Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

baked pie crust
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. strawberries
whipped cream

Preparation

Bake pie crust first.
Mix together the hot water, jello and ice cream; chill for 1/2 hour, then add the strawberries.
Top with whipped cream.
Put in refrigerator, and it's ready to serve.
