Southern Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 tsp. ice water
Preparation
    Add salt to flour.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add ice water, stirring until all flour is moistened and forms a ball.
    Handling the dough as little as possible, roll out pastry for 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Cool completely before filling.
