Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, cut into chunks
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded raw carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick oleo
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients altogether for 5 minutes.
    Drain, then add cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
    Melt oleo with seasoning from stuffing mix.
    Mix in stuffing crumbs.
    Put half in bottom of pan.
    Pour vegetable mixture over that and add stuffing crumbs to top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
