Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour, sifted
    1 3/4 c. Crisco (cold)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and sugar.
    Cut in Crisco.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Divide in 4 parts.
    Keep chilled until rolled.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Yields 4 (9-inch) crusts.
