Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red (new) potatoes
    olive oil
    rosemary (fresh)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and either half or quarter them.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour in olive oil to cover bottom of pan (about 1/8-inch). Roll potatoes in oil.
    Strip the leaves off the rosemary and sprinkle on top of the potatoes.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0 and roast until golden brown, stirring occasionally, 30 to 45 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
