Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 vanilla ice cream sandwiches with chocolate outside
    1/3 c. Kahlua liqueur (or any coffee liqueur)
    6 Heath Bars chopped (or 1 pkg. already chopped)
    whipped topping
    caramel sauce
Preparation
    Line bottom of 8 1/2 x 11-inch casserole dish with ice cream sandwiches. (Should take about 9 1/2 sandwiches.) Sprinkle 1/3 of the Heath Bar pieces on top of the sandwiches. Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches. Poke holes in the sandwiches with a fork. Drizzle the Kahlua over the sandwiches. Sprinkle more of the Heath Bar pieces, saving a few for the top. Spread whipped topping on top and garnish with the remaining Heath Bar pieces. Keep frozen until serving. It is easiest to serve when frozen overnight. Serve on a dessert plate and drizzle with caramel sauce.
