Lo-Cal Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can apple juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 large Delicious yellow apples, sliced thin
Preparation

Thaw apple juice; mix 2 tablespoons juice with cornstarch in a small pan.
Heat remaining juice and blend in concentrate mix. Stir constantly until thick and smooth.
Stir in oleo and cinnamon.
Pour over sliced apples; toss gently to coat.
Pour into crust; cover with top crust.
Bake 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
