Half Time Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. quick rising yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water with 1 teaspoon of sugar; set aside. Heat milk.
    Add cold water to cool.
    Set aside.
    Mix all ingredients together and let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
    This is important.
