Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans sliced carrots, drained
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Bring following ingredients to a boil:\tsoup, vinegar, oil and sugar, add Tabasco (a few shakes).
Pour over drained carrots and cover.\tRefrigerate overnight.\tKeeps indefinitely.
Serves 8-10.
