Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. chopped apples (peel apples; use Winesap)
Preparation

Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla, flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon after sifting. Add apples and nuts.
Bake in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
(Check cake after 1 1/2 hours.)
